- Our first, and simplest, troubleshooting step would be uninstalling the app, then rebooting your device, and then reinstalling the Portals of Prayer app.
- At that point, navigate to the Settings page via the icons at the bottom of the screen where you should be able to tap 'CPH Account' right below the Text Size preview and then sign in with your CPH.org login credentials.
- If it says "View Account" at the top of the window, you are already signed in.
